Behind the Scenes at Gosselin Group — Chapter 2: Quality Inspection & Sourcing Manager

As part of our Month of Professions series, we continue our deep dive into the heart of the Gosselin Group. After discovering the vital work of our packaging operators, today we highlight a strategic role in our value chain: the Quality Inspection & Sourcing Manager.

As the true guardian of product quality, the Inspection Manager represents the first line of our high standards. Their daily responsibilities center around two essential missions:
  • Rigorous Local Sourcing: Carefully selecting the finest vegetables from our local and regional grower partners (GPLM producers' organization, Breton auctions, independent farmers).
  • Uncompromising Quality Control: Upon every arrival at our facility, they inspect freshness, compliance, sizing, and visual appearance. Only products fully adhering to our strict specifications are approved.

Thanks to this expertise and continuous control right from reception, the Gosselin Group ensures a smooth, reactive, and flawless supply chain for both our national shipping and international export departments.
